Staff should think about the jobs they are able to do when considering what day they need off. Everyone should be taking responsibility for something, no free-loaders!
We need:
someone to collect key from hosp and open up rec hall
someone to contact cbec and pick up cardboard for the wearable art days
someone - more than one - who can swim, to be on pool duty if we are able to swim in the rec hall
I am sure there are other things people did last year - let Steve know if you are taking responsibility for the same thing this year :)

Here is version 2 of the roster, still not complete, but gradually falling into place.
Regarding those students who we always seem to get stuck with (those that don't go to camp and have done the kapa haka day) - I am going to see if the grounds staff would be willing to keep these students busy on a College Beautification Initiative (ie. gardening duties).
